The D&C sales structure is very articulated, as it consists of a multi-business, multi-area and multi-channel network. It is overseen by a national Sales Manager, who follows and manages the whole structure.

GDO channel:
Headed by a Sales Manager responsible for national agreements with retail channels and coordinator of the areal Key Account Managers. The structure guarantees 100% of the weighted Nielsen/IRI coverage. Constant monitoring of the weighted sales points is entrusted to a company belonging to the group: by checking assortments and carrying out promotional activities, verifying any out-of-stock and measuring consumer prices, guarantees a continuous monitoring of sales points through constant dialogue with the sales network.

Traditional Channel:
Presided by a Sales Manager responsible for key customers, respect of guidelines, Area Manager coordinating the area management and the sales force. The structure guarantees national coverage of the channel through more than 200 agents serving more than 7,000 customers, covering the whole territory through a direct control of the most qualified and symbolic points of sale.
